Skyscanner, one of the world’s leading travel fare aggregator signed for an additional five years on the office space over 1,000 sq m in the centre of Budapest, taking advantage of the constantly evolving tech sector and fast-growing Hungarian economy.

The Grade A K6 Office Building is located at Astoria as one of downtown Budapest’s most iconic streets and operates with 100% occupancy. The building has been constantly improved since its purchase by Wigan Acquisitions and a Hong Kong-based private investment fund, as part of Wigan Acquisitions’ overall strategy to acquire real estate assets in prime locations across Central and Eastern Europe.
